Dominique,

I haven't actually measured the time spent by murine vs. human cells in
various phases of the cell cycle, but I can tell you that mouse T cell
proliferation peaks at 3-4 days post-stimulation in vitro, while human T
cell responses peak at around 5-6 days.  This ~2 day lag is not due to a
difference in progression from G0 to G1/S, so presumably it is due to
longer time spent in S/G2/M.
