High, we have been using a FACSCalibur flow cytometer (from Becton Dickinson) in our immunphenotyping lab for some time. Although the Cellquest program allows export of data into any file like excel, it is very difficult to generate flexible Patient report forms in a way that can be used for allday routine and in a way that is flexible with respect to the kind of staining one has performed in the individual case. Becton Dickinson has not provided any useful comments so far. So I wonder whether there is any person that has solved this problem? I would be very grateful for a response.
