We are looking for down regulation of platelet CD42 after TRAP or ADP
activation but we haven't see anything using the following protocol

5µl of activating agent ADP or TRAP 50µM + 5µl of citrate whole blood
10 or 30 minutes incubation at 20°c or 37°c
After activation, we add 5µl of CD61 PerCP (BD) and 5µl CD42b
(Pharmingen)
After 10 minutes we stop the reaction by fixation with formaldehyde

Do someone have any experience in that field or a protocol for such
experiment?
The goal of our study is to investigate a rare Bernard Soulier
variant disease.

Thank you for considering my request
