Hello Yalcin, That software package FCS Express can do as you wish. You can either save the raw data to an ascii file or copy the data to the clipboard and paste into Excel (or any other software). You can also perfom batch conversions whereby you can convert select many files and once and have them all converted to ascii. In addition, you may also copy the histogram data (i.e. for a 1024 channel hist you would get channel, number of events in that channel for the 1024 channels) to the clipboard and paste it into any software. A free demo is available at http://www.denovosoftware.com. -Dave At 11:06 AM 3/15/99 -0500, you wrote: > >Hi, > >I would like to thank you again for your reply to my e-mail.
