Hi all,

I am looking for suitable reagents (enzyme substrates or otherwise) to detect changes in cellular caspase activity... Caspase 3 and/or Caspase 9 in particular.  I would like to perform the analyses by flow cytometry and am limited to a 488nm argon ion laser.
