Dopamine receptor antibodies

Dear Flow-ers, Hello!

A colleague of mine would like to know :

1.. How/where to obtain anti(rat)-dopamine receptor antibodies? He is most interested in the D2 family. It would be best to have antibodies that are directly labeled (FITC or PE).
2.. Are there cultured cells which constitutively express (D1 or D2) dopamine receptors? The goal of the experiment would be to monitor, with flow cytometry, the up- or down-regulation of this receptor due to drug treatment.

Thank you very much for your help, Snezna
