cell line that expreses CD23 Ag?

A colleague of mine has asked for some advice. Can anyone suggest a
cell line that consituatively expresses the CD23 Ag, FceRII? The goal
of the experiment would be to monitor up- or down-regulation of this
marker due to drug treatment. A cell line that is well suited to flow
cytometry would be preferable, i.e. minimal clumping, etc.

Thanks 10e9.
