Hello Peter,

Eric and Arnold does a wonderful job of explaining the reason and 
solution for your problem, but perhaps I can still add something if the 
cleaning of the impeller and its three metal ends (magnets) does not help.
I had the same problem with my Innova 90 and the cleaning of the impeller 
did not help. I recommend you to buy three small magnets and drill them 
in to those 3 empty heads of the impeller. Be careful and check that you put 
those magnets into the impeller in the same direction like the others are. 
In this way you lure the power supply box to sense a doubled flow rate.
