Working with paraformaldehyde.

Dear Cytometry group,

I am working with mammalian cells and studying the expression of GFP on
FACS.

During the preparation of my samples, I had a problem of aggregation. Is
there a way to separate individual cells from aggregates "after fixation of
paraformaldehyde" or is it to late to do so.

Thank you for your help.

Philippe-Alexandre
