Clinical Flow Cytometry Course May 2-4, 1999 San Diego, California The Clinical Flow Cytometry Course offers an intensive review of the most common clinical applications of flow cytometry. Data analysis and interpretation will be covered in small classes (6-15 student) using lectures and hands on manipulation of actual patient data. Topics include diagnosis of acute leukemia and lymphoproliferative disorders, minimal residual disease detection, stem cell enumeration, monitoring of immune recovery following bone marrow transplantation, platelet testing, molecular markers of neoplasia, apoptosis and cell cycle evaluation of solid tumors. Tuition is $600 and includes registration, a comprehensive course syllabus, continental breakfasts and luncheons. Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Limited financial aid is available but limited to individuals in training (students, residents, fellows). Deadline for registration is April 2, 1999 and course is limited to 50 students.
