Dear flowers

I would like to hear your comments on the folowing flowcytometry
results.
A 66 year old male with a white cell count of 80000 and a blast count
of 59%.
On anaylising the ficol separated cells I found two populations of
cells. The large population of cells ( large cells) expressed HLA-DR
91%, CD13 89.2%, CD33 96.1%, CD7 68%, CD19 40%, CD45 98%, CD11b
86%dim, cyto CD13 93%.

The small population (small cells) expressed HLA-DR 96%, CD13 61%,
CD33 99%, CD19 57%, CD45 99%, CD11b 98%bright, CD14 80%dim, CD41 79%
and CD42a 20%.
I would appreciate any suggestions that could contribute to better
understanding the array of positive antibodies.

Yours sincerely
