Dear Flowers,
Can I replace Dulbecco's PBS (without Ca and Mg) with Hanks Balanced Salt
(HBSS; without Ca, Mg, and phenol red)for diluting whole blood to test the
fibrinogen binding of platelets or to test the changes of P-selectin
expression ?
