Perhaps this is not quite what you are after, however I would recommend
Steptavidin-RED-670
from GibcoBRL (cat no. 19543-016) as its name would suggest It emits at 670nm.
I am using it to label biotinylated cytokine bound to cell-surface
receptors, it is able to resolve approx. 100 receptors in my hands.

The down side of this is cost- 2ml=£700.00 (use at 1:10)
