Hi all, Since my note about no help from Chemdex, they have reconsidered (they got a copy of the note as well). They have accepted my registration to view the content on their site and have set up a purchase account for us. As I mentioned before, we do not usually buy chemicals as we develop custom and specialty instrumentation, but some of our clients do. I complained to them in my last note that they did not understand what consulting means. With their reply to that note, they have also said that based on my note they are reviewing their acceptance criteria. So....all those that sent me notes saying that they were rejected as well, you may want to re-contact them and explain why they should let you see their product catalog.
