Arnold,

I'm not sure I understand what you really want to do, here is what is possible:

The Cellquest listmode files are "pretty much" FCS 2.0 standard, so you can:

1. Copy them to a PC formatted diskette, Zip, MO or other cartridge on the
Mac using PC Exchange, and transfer it to the PC

2. Use any network to transfer, but make sure you use binary transfer (or
binhex, zip or uuencode the files if you need to do ASCII transfer.

3. Once transfered you can read these files with WinMDI, however you cannot
read them with PClysis, because this only reads FCS 1.0 version files. I am
not aware of any utility that can convert FCS 2.0 files back into FCS 1.0
files readable by PC Lysis (but why working with PCLysis when WinMDI is so
much better ?).

If this doesn't answer your questions please let me know,

Cheers, Matthias
