I am currently in the process of reassessing QA for our clinical flow lab. I would like to get a concensus of what other labs are using as standards. For example, are normal bloods being run everyday, are commercial control cells being used (Cytotrol, CD Chex cells), are LJ data being examined daily, weekly, monthly..., what statistical cutoffs are used to interpret data for pass or fail? How is monoclonal QA being approached, with blood or commercial controls? These are the types of questions I would like to get answers for so "rules" regarding QA can be established. I will be happy to post a summary when it is completed. Thanks. ******************************************************************* Ruth A.
