Dear Colleagues:

We have recently acquired an Epics XL flow cytometer in our lab. We used
to run plant cells (maize endosperm cell to be precise) stained with
Mitramycin A on a Epics/MDADS 753 water cooled flow cytometer. I now
would like to run Mithramycin stained cells on the "new" Epics XL flow
cytometer. I have played with the setting and see some cells but the
resolution is not good.

Question: has anyone run Mithramycin stained cells on an Epics XL, and if
so, could you contact me and let me in on the setting--e.g. voltage of the
"PMTs".

Thanks in advance,
