My question is two fold, any advice or response to any part below will
be greatly appreeciated:

Can a Coulter Epics ELITE (fully configured. icl UV work) be used
successfully for flow karyotyping, has it been used by anyone as such?

Has anyone  obtained flow karyotype for species other than human?
Most particularly,  my interest focuses on aquatic and amphibian
vertebrates, however references to all non human work is of great
value.
