BIO-RAD Laboratories provides 5 distinct DNA Cell-Cycle reagent kits.
Kinesis-50 PI only
Kinesis-CK PI + anti Cytokeratin(fitc)
Kinesis-PCNA PI + anti PCNA(fitc)
Kinesis-p53 PI + anti P53(fitc)
Kinesis-UV DAPI only
All of these kits provide the reagents dry in pre-aliquoted
single-sample vials, therefore, there is no weighing of reagents. Most
of the kits provide a one-step procedure, simply add the cell
suspension and diluent to the vials.

Dear folks who do clinical DNA ploidy and S phase analysis--
Do you use a commercial reagent kit? We have been using home made reagents
for years and although they are cheap, I'd rather conserve staff time, so
I'd like to switch to something premade. What is your experience?
