Hello all, Darren Hickerson wrote that one of his colleagues was "losing" cells. I have heard of this before with a colleague of mine using a Coulter EPICS XL. The explanation given at the time was something like this : The XL takes up a portion of the sample to prime the sample line before acquisition begins, so some of the sample is lost. I did have this written down but can't find it at the moment. Maybe the Facsacn does the same type of thing as the XL? Norman
