Dear FLOWers:

Dose anyone has experiance of using CD65 antigen as panmyeloid markers
for AML? We have tested this antibody (Coulter clone ) for the
immunophenotyping of marrow leukemia cells obtained from more than 50 child ren
with acute myeloid leukemia. This CD65 is strongly positive for all AML patients,
and their fuorescence intensity is more bright than other myeloid markers
(CD13/CD33). So we think this antibody is useful for 1st screen of immunological
classification of acute leukemia. Although this CD antigen is recommended as
panmyeloid markers of AML from european flow group(Leukemia 9:1783,1995 MC Bene et
al.) , there has been no reports of the clinical experiance of CD65.
