Dear administrator,

I would like to submit the following question to the members of the
flow cytometry discussion group :
================================

Dear all,

I would like to quantitate retroviral particles in cell culture
supernatants. Retrovirus are 100 nm diameter, membrane enveloped
spherical particles. Does anyone of you have experience with flow
cytometry of virus particles, of any other such small particle, or
simply has some good suggestion?

Any reference, experience or advice would be gratefully acknowledged !
