Hi! You can get quite near to counting % of S-phase cells using immunohistochemistry (ABC method with microwave) and a monoclonal Ab to human Cyclin A (NCL-Cyclin A from Novocastra Lab.,UK). We have been using it for a while now and the stainings work well even on the old archival material. With best wishes Anna Anna Porwit-MacDonald, MD, PhD Haematopathology Lab., Karolinska Hospital Stockholm, Sweden >just a quick scan to ask if there is a marker (monoclonal antibody) >available which would allow the quantitation of %S-phase cells in a B5 >fixed lymph node (formalin fixed paraffin embedded). > >thank you > >Dr. MRG O'Gorman >Assis.
