Cytochalasin D Autofluorescence?

I am running a phagocytosis experiment with differentiated THP-1 cells.  I 
am adding Cytochalasin D to the control cells to inhibit phagocytosis and am 
seeing what appears to be higher fluoresence in these cells with 
Cytochalasin D (5um final concentration) added.

Anyone out there seen this before?  Do all the cytochalasins do this?
