Apoptosis in L929 mouse fibroblasts

Does anybody know if it is possible to detect apoptosis in L929 mouse
fibroblasts by annexin v method? If so, how many binding sites do these
cells have for annexin v? Which is the best method for inducing
apoptosis in this cell line? Which is the least traumatic method for
detaching the cells without influencing on annexin v staining
properties? Do you have any DNA histograms showing apoptosis in this
kind of cells? I do not get the sub G1 peak (I am using serum starvation
as apoptosis inducer).
