Also in my experience with cryopreserrved tissue i have observed 
about 30-40% of cells positiv to Annexin-V.What is your opinion about 
the mechanism bay witch DMSO inicjate the inverse of cell membrane.
Is this really a apoptotic process. Could your recomend me some 
materaials (publications) about this.
