To flow fanatics:
	I am looking for protocol(s) and advice regarding the conjugation of PE
to an mouse anti-human monoclonal antibody. The monoclonal is an
IgG1....I have one PE conjugation protocol from "Current Protocols in
Cytometry", but other protocols must exist. Likewise, any words of
wisdom regarding PE conjugation will be greatly appreciated.
