A little help please.
1. Is it possible to accurately count the cellular events below the
threshold one is using during acquisition?
2. Does the newer version of Modfit work well with drug-perturbed
populations? Some labs don't want to do brdu assays but still want accurate S
phase measurements.
3. On a Calibur, does anyone know if a slightly fatter BP filter will still
fit down in the slot once mounted on the holder? The filter I want to have
made needs to be a little fatter than the standard 530 nm in place .
