We are in the process of acquiring a HE-NE laser and another detector
for our Becton Dickinson Facstar-plus. Coincidently our service contract has
just expired, so management is reassesing the contract and needs to know what
kind of problems, if any, do owners of BD's Facstar+ with argon ion and He-Ne
lasers run into. What kind of service contract is recommended for it?
