CD34 Sorting for Transplantation

Hello Readers;

Are any of you currently or know of someone who is currently sorting
either Stem Cells or other cell types for direct patient use.  
I am at a point where I feel the hardware I have will almost finally do
the job.  It would be nice to know what other hurdles I need to jump to
actually use Cell Sorted samples for patient use. 
Any help would be appreciated.
