Hello,

I am trying to measure the % of CD34+ cells in the culture medium on day 0,
1, 2, 3 etc, and I have a problem that the laboratory will not be open on
Saturday and Sunday. Can someone help me by sending me a protocol about what
I should do to keep the cells on Saturday so that I can measure them on Monday? 

I will really appreciate for your help.
