I am growing a caco-2 cells for transport studies.  At the begining and at
the end of the study I use C14 mannitol to determine the mono-layer
integrity.  The mono-layer integrity is changin from Apical to basolateral
transportbut it is the same from baso lateral to apical direction.  Dose any
body has an any idea why it is happenning. If you do so, please send me an
