We do this all the time.  If you can, try using a CaMg-free incubation; 
we use Tyrode's.  10-15 min incubation in incubator, change it twice, then 
rinse the cells off.  If they don't come off, try a very short (10-20 
sec) exposure to 
trypsin or trypsin/EDTA, then rinse off with culture medium.  Get back to 
me if this doesn't work.
