Hi Andy, I'll pop across and discuss this with you later, but in the mean time other people may have some experience of this so I'm sending it to the list. Apparently DTT (DiThioThreitol) is used in some flow techniques to reduce proteins in situ leaving cells intact. It would be interesting to see if anyone has any comments on this, and suggest what concentrations to use to prevent cell lysis.
