Dear Flow landers,

A short question slightly off topic...

Our stem cell laboratory has a CRYOMED controlled rate freezer for freezing stem cell harvests. There is a chronic problem with the door seal fracturing which results in continual visits from the company rep to fix (at their expense) this *know bug*

Do others own this freezer unit ?, and if so does any remedy exist for this very annoying problem ??
