Jurkat cells express CD2, which is a co-stimulatory adhesion receptor on T-cells that has CD58 as its ligand. I am sure that you can get a FITC conjugate of CD2 from virtually any source of MoAb; we got ours from Coulter/Immunotech. Kevin G.
