Lighten up flowers. If one cannot ask a question of the list
without some self appointed flow expert jumping on the questioner for
stupidity or even worse unethical procedures, it would seem that the list
will only be of use and subscribed to by an elite few. I also find that
a lot of the posting are of no interest to me at the present time but as
people working in a scientific or clinical environment should we not be
quite so narrow in our outlook. I find it interesting that frequently the
answers to quite mundane questions are provided by Dr Shapiro or Dr
Darzynkiewicz two people who have forgotte ( maybe) more flow than the rest
of us will ever know. If they have the time to be patient with those of
us who are not so expert then I think that no one else is too busy to read
the first two or three lines and see if the posting is of interest. I
am sorry that more people do not reply to everyone but only to the person
asking the question, because quite often I have thought that the
information might be of use at a future date. I know there will be people
annoyed because I am keeping this going, but as they started the name
calling they must expect that they will have the muck thrown back.
