Transmembrane potential and Antibody staining...

Hey gang,

Is it possible to stain for membrane potential(DIOC6) and use a deep red dye for the antibody.   Does anybody know if 
Cy5 or PerCP might work?  I don't  know what the emission spectra is for DIOC6.  

Or perhaps do I need to use a different membrane potential indicator?
