To All Fluorescence Imaging People: I have an ACAS 570 and want to study peripheral blood mononuclear cells in a thermoregulated cell superperfusion chamber. My problem is that these cells won't stick to the glass coverslip at all unless I use CellTak, but even when I use Cell-Tak, they float away when there is any movement of the superperfusing fluid. As a result, I can't change the medium surrounding the cells. I have tried the usual adhesives like PEG, gelatin, and polylysine Does anyone know of a "superglue" for PBMCs? Thanks for considering this. Steve Gaffin US Army Research Institute for Environmental Medicine Natick MA 01760-5007 Tel 508-233-4867
