Dear flow-ers,

We have been trying to do intracellular staining for p25 protein (HIV 
Ag) on HIV-infected cells. We have problems with cell loss after 
PermeaFix fixation and permeabilization and with background and/or 
non-specific staining (DAKO and/or Coulter p25 MoAb). Anybody out 
there can help us?
