RE: Exporting figures from cell quest

Tom,

While we are on the topic of graphics, I had a question about dot
size. Sometimes I've noticed CellQuest gives me larger dots. When
trying to show data that contains rare events, it would be nice to
have these bigger dots that would project better. Any ideas how to get
them?

Considering the amount of conversation that this has generated, it
would be very useful for some of the people at BDIS to put together a
brief synopsis of tips used in generating publication quality graphics
from CellQuest. The stuff that Skip Maino shows at meetings is
beautiful; I'm sure we could all learn from you guys. One of the major
strengths of CellQuest is the graphic capabilities and yet it appears
that most of us are still struggling with the basics. Thanks.

Calman

One other warning about this trick - the finer dots don't project very
well and
I therefore don't recommend it for slides!
