I have a lot of experience with flow pHi measurements, although not with
a FACScan.  The filter set for FL2 and FL3 should be fine for use with
SNARF-1.  In order to take the fluorescence ratio you will need software
such as WinList.  The staining protocols for SNARF are generally
available.  Let me know if you need any help.
