you can find a way to do this in the big green hardback book by harlow ad 
Lane called "Antibodies, a loaboratory manual " .. Nearly all vaguely immnuo 
labs. have a copy of it - it's like maniatis. Can't remember exactly where  
but it is definetly in there.

Dear all,
I remember seeing a technique for making monoclonal antibodies by injecting
the mouse with a band of protein cut from an acrylamide gel. I cannot find
the reference on Medline. Is anyone familiar with this method? In particular
I want to know how much acrylamide a mouse can have before toxic effects
overcome it.
