Tissue typers usually use a Hamilton multichannel pipettor for small volume
pipetting into Terasaki plates.  We are setting up hematopoietic cultures
in Robbins microwell plates (96 well, 20 microliter vol) using a Beckman
robotic pipettor and standard tips.  If you have access to a Beckman or
other robotic pipettor in your organization, that may be worth checking
out.
