Hi,

I was wondering whether anyone has tried determining the copy number 
of a gene inserted into the nucleus by transformation.  We are trying 
to determine the copy number of a gene which we have 
transformed into tomato plants.  This gene interferes with PCNA 
resulting in endopolyploidy.  I would therefore like to see if I 
could correlate copy number with ploidy level, and 
what is the expression level of PCNA in these cells.
