The 1997 Revised Guidelines for  Performing CD4+ T-Cell Determinations in 
Persons Infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) was published Jan. 
10, 1997.  It is Volume 46, RR-2 of the MMWR and can be accessed at the 
following address:

If it is not yet there, keep checking, as I don't know how long it takes to
