Monocyte recovery after GCSF

Can someone remember a paper describing a rise in monocyte and neutrophil 
levels in patients given GCSF post Chemo therapy?

Someone said that the rise of monocytes before neutrophils has been 
described but I am unable to put my fingers on the exact paper.

Any helped is appreciated.
