| Antigen
distribution |
HLA-DR is
present on 11 ± 4% of human peripheral blood
lymphocytes. Anti-HLA-DR reacts with B lymphocytes,
monocytes/macrophages, activated T cells, thymic
epithelium, B cell dependent areas of spleen and lymph
node and B cell lymphomas. Anti-HLA-DR does not cross
react with HLA-DQ or HLA-DP molecules. |
