CD22 is
present on approximately 10% of circulating normal human
peripheral blood lymphocytes. Anti-CD22 reacts with most
B cell leukemias, including Hairy Cell Leukemia, and B
cell lymphomas. Antigen density is markedly increased in
Hairy Cell Leukemia. |
