distribution |
CD15 is
present on > 95 % of mature peripheral blood
granulocytic cells, including eosinophils, basophils and
neutrophils; and on 80-95 % of circulating monocytes. It
also reacts with many acute and chronic myelogenous
leukemias, some common acute lymphoblastic leukemias
(CALLA/CD10+) , myeloid/erythroid cell lines, T cell
lines and activated T cells, but not with normal T and B
cells, B cell lines, erythrocytes or platelets. In
lyphoid tissue, anti-CD15 reacts with Reed-Sternberg
cells of Hodgkin's disease and with granulocytes. |
